Janne Kouri – Giant steps for himself and others

This is a great story (You might need some tissues for it). A quick intro first.

Many of the problems out there, whether macro in nature, e.g. global warming, and those more personal, e.g. physical or mental handicaps, can seem insurmountable or for some, not impacting them directly enough to care. “We have been at this for such a long-time and nothing has changed” or “I can’t be bothered right now, I have a lot of other things to worry about.”

What we must remember is that constant effort to address these problems, done together and done smartly can make incremental changes and sometimes radical improvements.

Please see the video here to learn of those efforts of a determined young man, Janne Kouri, his family, friends, and professionals in the field. Their work will leave a legacy and enhance the one left by Christopher and Dan Reeve.
