The Make a Play Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that is truly built on the idea of competing mightily on the field, and cooperating off of it.  Make a Play is a special partnership of former players of three of college football’s biggest rivals – Florida, Florida State and Miami– and partners with established community organizations and individual player foundations to create opportunities for underprivileged children through academic and
recreational grants, designed to promote confidence and leadership.

The Foundation has a couple of new initiatives going on, including a raffle to win an authentic 2006 Florida Gators National Championship ring.  The Yards for Youth Effort involves Andre Johnson, Percy Harvin, and Anquan Boldin and America’s favorite pastime, fantasy football.
