Rockets G Tracy McGrady this week is expected to announce that he is changing his uniform number from No. 1 to No. 3 to promote his ‘3 Points Darfur’ initiative.” McGrady, who submitted paperwork last season, has received approval from the NBA. McGrady is switching numbers to “bring attention to his Darfur Dream Team campaign and 3 Points documentary”
