I had issues with Da’Sean Butler, the All-American basketball player from West Virginia University. Well, really it was one issue. And that was him hitting the game winning shot versus my beloved Georgetown Hoyas in the Big East tournament. Who knows, without that, Georgetown wins, gets a 2 seed in the NCAA tournament and it doesn’t get blown out by Ohio in the first round! Are you kidding me with that game?!?!?

Anyway, I have forgiven Da’Sean. He’s a great player. And in the following story highlighted at Yahoo! Sports, you will see that he is a stand up guy who gave a seriously ill Mountaineer fan something she will never forget.
